The core business of our company is the production of precision parts using milling machines by Hermle. We excel at 5-axis CNC milling as well as 5-axis simultaneous machining. A specialized full-range system service provider, we also realise free-form surfaces and parts with 3D contours.
We produce sophisticated parts internally and externally on our lathes and mill-turning centres. Our broad offer ranges from simple turning contours to complex mill-turned parts. If need be, we cooperate with the strong partners in our network and within the PTF Group to implement your ambitious projects.
Wire-cut EDM is especially suited for the manufacture of high-precision parts allowing for maximum accuracy and surface requirements. Together with our partners, we use powerful erosion wires with diameters between 50 µm and 330 µm to realise a surface roughness of up to Ra 0.2 µm.
Our flat and cylindrical grinding processes ensure the highest quality and precision. We use conventional as well as cutting-edge CNC grinding machines ensuring maximum dimensional and shape accuracy for your sophisticated products. In doing so, we can count on the support of our powerful partners.
